The AWSDC24 is a directional antenna system, which incorporates a 2-piece aluminum die cast parabolic grid type antenna reflector with the PMPF, patented 50-ohm passive feed dipole. Dipoles come in 2 basic configurations, N type Female connector and PMPF-xxP with 24" pigtail equipped with an N type Male connector. Installation is simple with the Wireless Interactive adjustable tilt "Heavy Duty" bracket that comes standard. The bracket accommodates poles from 1" up to 2.5" OD. Brackets are full galvanized for extreme corrosion protection and each reflector comes complete with stainless steel hardware and complete assembly instructions.

The radio compartment is big enough to house transceivers, amplifiers, and other electronic equipment. Two sizes are available, our regular size and a new lower-profile size. The antenna design utilizes a suspended wire element over a solid 8.5" square backplane for more consistent performance over temperature and humidity conditions. The housing is UV stabilized ABS plastic. The backplate is alodine coated aluminum with stainless steel fasteners. All bracket fasteners are stainless steel for corrosion protection.

Two different bracket systems are offered with these antennas: A) The super heavy duty single point galvanized bracket system is designed for ease of installation and pole-top mounting B) The all stainless steel 2 point scissor bracket gives increased stability and improved downtilt adjustment accuracy.
